Maybe it’s silly to use the word magic when talking about embossing, but the first time I saw the colorful powder heat up, I couldn’t help but “oooh” and “aahh”. Well, who am I kidding? I’ve had my new heat gun for a little over a week and I still smile when it works it’s magic. It’s been fun testing out some of my new stamps from the Paper Source. Don’t the fox and owl make such a cute pair? I made some polka dots with a pencil eraser, some gift tags for Karl’s store (Urban Angler) and then some! I’m looking forward to incorporating the magic into my Project Life album (update coming soon). The possibilities are endless!

I was very happy to see a package in my mailbox today!
I’ve been wanting to buy some colorful bakers twine for a long time. Well, they are finally here! I can’t wait to wrap something up in them! Whisker Graphics has a great deal to buy the “as-is” spools for $10 each. They say they are slightly imperfect spools but now that they are here- they look perfectly fine to me! It was so hard to pick just one color…

**Updated: I just wanted to add how awesome the people at Whisker Graphics are! They made a slight error with my order- by sending two yellow and not including the plum color….I just heard back via email that they are shipping out the plum tomorrow and I can keep the extra yellow! I am one happy costumer!
